Interesting link there to the US Department of State '2003 Country Reports on Human Rights'. The page detailing Human Rights Practices in Cuba completely fails to mention the alleged human rights abuses perpetrated there by the United States themselves ...

Indeed. Maybe Guantanamo Bay is classed as part of the US rather than Cuba, for such reports. I'm sure the Cuban's would rather they weren't included.
