What's with the dodgy characters around 'ENGINEERING THE DIFFERENCE'?

Character set issues with the smart-quotes used in the original article I expect, the "66" and "99" not getting mapped correctly somewhere on the way through Javascript and the form submission to end up on del.icio.us or between del.icio.us and McFilter.
